Knowing when to hit in Blackjack is very important.

If your first two cards total fall along the 3 to 9 range, then you hit no matter what the dealer's first card is showing.

If your first two cards total 12, then you hit if the dealer's first card is showing 2,3,4,8,9,10,Ace.

If your first two cards total fall along the 13 to 16 range, then you hit if the dealer's first card is showing 7,8,9,10,Ace.

If you have Ace and 2 through, you hit if the dealer's first card is showing 2,3,7,8,9,10,Ace.

If you have a pair of 2,3,6,7,9 then you hit when the dealer's first card shows 8,9,10,Ace.
